Where does the data come from?
State alcohol boards (Texas TABC, California ABC, Florida DBPR, Oklahoma ABLE, Oregon OLCC, New York SLA, Missouri ATC), health departments (NYC DOHMH, Florida Hotels & Restaurants) and city licensing (Chicago). All public, all cited on the data page.
How many venues per state per week?
Last 7 days, straight from the database: Texas 156, Florida 217, California 78, Oklahoma 44, Oregon 0, New York 539, Missouri 24, Illinois (Chicago) 20. It varies by season and drops at weekends, when agencies do not publish.
Why can I only pick 2 states on the Market plan?
Because those are the ones where the feed carries enough contactable venues every day to be worth $49. We harvest more states than we sell — the rest are in the National plan and on the free state pages, but we will not sell you a single-state feed that delivers two venues a day.
Is every record enriched with a phone number?
No. Some states publish phones (Florida, NYC), most don't. We match each venue against Google strictly; a match adds phone and website, a non-match leaves them blank. Across the book about a third of venues carry a phone within a few days of filing, rising as they get closer to opening.
Can I switch states?
Yes, any time from your account page. Market plans hold one state at a time.
Can I cancel?
One click on the account page, effective at the end of the period. No emails, no calls.
Do you sell my details or email the venues?
Never. Subscribers' details are used to deliver the feed and bill you. We do not contact the venues in the data.
